Charles Scott of the North Staffordshire Regiment died on 15th February 1917 and on the right is William Donelan of the East Kent Regiment who died on 5th April 1917

Luke Chamberlain (on the left) died on 13th September 1917 and Thomas Reed who lived in Sandgate at `3 Victoria Terrace. He died on 14th October 1917 aged 27.

The left foot has plaque for George E Robinson of the Royal West Surrey Regt who died 15th August 1916 and the right foot plaque is for James Archibald Brissdenden who lived in Granville Road before migrating to Canada. He died on 8th October 1916 .
The left foot is Alfred Peerless who lived at 20 Wilberforce Road Sandgate who died on 4th June 1919 and Walter B Couchman of 39A High Street Sandgate died 19th November 1919 in Iraq
The plaque to the left commemorates Walter Fox who died on 20th October 1916. He was a friend of William Cotter. The right plaque is for Alfred Jarman who died on 19th November 1916
