The Friendship Holiday Association Hostel aka Beach Court Hotel formerly the Bevan nursing home near Devonshire Terrace. The F.H.A. was a Methodist orientated company that bought properties after the Second World War and converted them to hotels. It dissolved in the early 1960s.
